Joe Welch is a certified Level One and Level Two Spring Forest Qigong instructor located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Joe’s goal is to spread Master Chun Yi Lin’s message of a healer in every family, and a world without pain, by teaching simple exercises to promote health, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) is a simple, efficient, and effective method for helping you heal physical and emotional pain and enhance the quality of your life and the lives of others. Spring Forest Qigong offers workshops and retreats to help you learn more about qigong concepts and techniques as well as get hands-on practice with SFQ master healers and other students. Additionally, Spring Forest Qigong offers classes and private instruction at its Eden Prairie, Minnesota, office.
